This web site is about the Boyd Family that lives in Tipton County, Tennessee. It traces the history of the family from William Boyd who immigrated to South Carolina from Ireland before the Revolutionary War through the migration from South Carolina to Mississippi and then to Tennessee. It also includes the ancesters of Margaret Ford (including Lowrey) and Kathryn Edwards.

You can browse the site without logging in, but will not be allowed to view information on living persons. To request a user id and password, click on "Register
for user account" in
the left side menu. The only information required to register is your real name and email address. However, registration and subsequent access privileges are subject to the owner's
discretion. Generally, user ids are issued to family members.

Timelines: Construct an overlapping timeline of individuals
Dates and Anniversaries: See what happened (births, deaths, marriages, etc.) today or any other day.
Corrections & Suggestions: Submit suggested corrections

or significant changes or updates are made, if they so desire.
